Biography
Eric Mullens joins Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston as the leader of the Programs team, where he will oversee program strategy and impact, as well as facilitate key Board-related committees.
With more than twenty-five years of experience working with youth across multiple Texas school districts including Fort Bend, North Forest, Spring Branch, Spring, and Hempstead ISDs, Eric has dedicated his career to creating environments where young people can thrive. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of leadership positions, most recently serving as Chief Operations Officer for Hempstead ISD, where he oversaw district-wide operations and strategic initiatives.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Southern University and A&M College and a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from the University of Houston Victoria. His deep experience and commitment to youth development make him a strong addition to the BGCGH leadership team.
