INTRODUCTION

Through BGCGH’s Life & Workforce Readiness Pillar, young people are equipped to navigate adulthood and pursue a fulfilling and economically viable career path. Teens actively develop their leadership skills, access post-secondary and career readiness activities, and connect their passions with clear goals. However, we still know many tweens and teens cannot access our programs due to their geographic location and other reasons, which is why we are developing a new program delivery model: A Remote Teen Club opening in 2025.

Through the new Remote Teen Club, an exponential number more tweens and teens in the Greater Houston community can access BGCGH programming, focused on the Life & Workforce Readiness Pillar. This will enable them to discover their career aspirations and form an understanding of the pathway needed to make their dreams a reality without being present every day in a physical location.

This online program is offered by BGCGH through the Level All platform. It provides teens and their families with personalized, in-depth support and guidance to realize their lifelong dreams. The platform delivers a continuously updated content library of over 12,000 in-depth snackable, unbiased articles and videos covering not only possible career pathways, but soft skills, financial aid, and other critical issues facing American high school families today.
